Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Inspired Photography ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use LensBloom.

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, password (hashed), avatar.
Billing data: processed by Stripe — we store a customer ID, subscription status, and last 4 of card; we never see your full card number.
Content: photo uploads, reference images, locations, brand voice, generated outputs.
Usage: shoot counts, feature usage, errors, IP, basic device info.

2. How we use it

• To provide AI scouting, culling, editing, gallery, and marketing features.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• To improve product reliability and detect abuse.
• To send transactional email (receipts, gallery notifications).

3. AI processing

We send your content to AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) solely to generate the outputs you request. Providers are bound by no-training agreements where available. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos to train our own models.

4. Storage & retention

Your data is stored on encrypted infrastructure (Lovable Cloud / Supabase). Client galleries auto-expire after 30 days. Account data is retained until you delete your account, then purged within 30 days.

5. Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors required to operate LensBloom: Stripe (billing), Lovable Cloud / Supabase (hosting & auth), Google & OpenAI (AI inference), Resend or similar (transactional email). We never sell personal data.

6. Your rights

You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing utahinspired@hotmail.com. California, EU, and UK residents have additional rights under CCPA/GDPR including the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Children

LensBloom is not intended for users under 18.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app banner.
