Refund Policy

Beta promotional discount

New accounts can redeem code bloom50 at checkout for 50% off their first month. The discount is applied automatically by Stripe and is not refundable as cash.

Monthly subscriptions

Subscription fees (Starter $49 / Growth $89 / Studio $149) are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

If you upgrade mid-cycle you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the cycle. If you downgrade, the new lower price takes effect at the next renewal.

One-time purchases

Single-shoot ($15) and add-on shoot ($6) purchases are non-refundable once AI processing has started. If a purchase fails to deliver the intended output due to a defect on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

Exceptional cases

We will issue a full refund if (a) you were charged in error, (b) duplicate charges occurred, or (c) the Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.

Email utahinspired@hotmail.com from the address on your account with your order ID and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
