Terms of Service

Welcome to LensBloom ("we", "us", "our"), an AI photography workflow product operated by Inspired Photography, based in Lehi, Utah, United States. By creating an account or using LensBloom (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and one-time purchases

LensBloom offers monthly subscription plans (Starter $49, Growth $89, Studio $149) and one-time shoot processing ($15 standalone or $6 add-on for active subscribers). New accounts may redeem promotional code bloom50 at checkout for 50% off the first month. A subscription or single-shoot purchase is required to use paid AI features.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your customer portal in Settings. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. One-time shoot purchases are non-refundable once AI processing has started.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use LensBloom to process content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, depicts minors in a sexual context, or violates third-party privacy. You retain ownership of all images you upload and of all outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

5. Client galleries

Galleries you publish are password-protected and auto-expire 30 days after creation. You are responsible for obtaining model releases and any consents required to upload, process, and share images of subjects.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated edits, scouting reports, and marketing assets are provided "as is". They may contain errors. You are the professional and remain responsible for the final deliverable to your clients.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time; data is deleted within 30 days of closure.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Utah County, Utah.
